Role: Czech Customer Support Advisor
Salary: 1045€ gross per month + up to 200€ monthly performance bonus
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 21:00
We are recruiting for fluent Czech speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!
As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a very well known electronics company, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to their devices. Recommending products, talking the customer through technical troubleshooting steps and assisting with other queries will be part of your daily tasks.
The successful candidate should have:
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Interest in technology
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
- Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
- Multi tasking skills
- Positive & Flexible attitude
The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 2 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks. Basic salary 1045€ gross per month + up to 200€ monthly performance bonus.
