Bilingual Customer Service Advisor NL&FR BARCELONA
At NewCo Communications, we are looking for bilingual Dutch and French-speaking Customer Service Advisors who have an interest in the banking sector.
On the project, accuracy is an absolute must. You will handle queries from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of their customer data.
This requires the ability to follow security procedures around sensitive data but we will teach you everything during paid training.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Customer service, blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards.
- You will handle questions from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit-card data.
- Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps to follow are among your core tasks.
- Checking temporarily blocked cards for cardholder transactions or not. And permanently blocking or unblocking the credit-card.
- Handling claims files

What you need:
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent level of Dutch and French (written and spoken)
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (including evening, night and weekend shifts)
- Preferably you already have experience in a customer service role
